Surgical Assistant

Assist surgeon in all day-to-day functions. Duties include: taking X-rays, rooming patients, suctioning, passing surgical instruments, post-anesthesia recovery, and sterilizing instruments.

We will provide one-on-one training, however, a minimum of one year of oral/dental, or other medical experience is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Previous Experience: Surgery/medical/dental: 1 year (Required)

Front Desk Receptionist

The ideal candidate for this role will have some experience in Oral Surgery or Dental Reception but will be trained in: checking in patients, check out/treatment planning, answering phones, scheduling, EMR, referrals, and credit card transactions.

The preferred candidate has worked in a surgical office at the front desk or as an assistant. We're also willing to train the right person who has some basic dental/medical/surgery office background.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: hourly, commiserate on experience

Insurance Benefits Coordinator

The ideal candidate for this role has experience working in an oral surgery, dental, or medical practice and demonstrates a strong understanding of dental and medical insurance benefits. This position will be trained and supported in verifying insurance coverage, obtaining pre-authorizations, coordinating benefits, reviewing eligibility, and communicating insurance information clearly to both patients and providers. Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail are critical to success in this role. 

The preferred candidate has prior experience in an oral surgery or surgical specialty office in an insurance, billing, or administrative capacity. Candidates with a foundational background in dental or medical office administration who are detail-oriented, comfortable working with insurance portals and EMR systems, and skilled in patient financial communication will be considered. We are willing to train the right individual who has a strong aptitude for insurance coordination and a desire to grow within a specialty practice.
